Insurance and Payments

Dr. Allen participates with most major insurance plans and we are exclusive Desert Oasis HMO insurance medical providers.  We unfortunately at this time cannot accept MediCal, IEHP or Kaiser Permanente health plan insurances.

It is important to make sure that we have your correct insurance plan information.  In order to use your insurance benefits, without extra out-of pocket expense, it is your responsibility to notify us of any changes in your plan.  Please present your insurance card at the time of check-in for your appointment.



Fees are expected to be paid at the time of service.  We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.  If you have an insurance co-pay and/or a deductible, payment is required before you leave the office.
